How To Juggle 3 Balls (Video)

Are you ready to learn how to juggle?

Juggling three balls is actually called “The 3 Ball Cascade”. The process is pretty simple. In the video below I’ve broken it down into three steps to get you juggling in no time:

• Step One: Start with one ball and get used to the feel of tossing from one hand to the other, keeping the height of your throw at about eye-level. When you can do that about 100 times move onto…
• Step Two: With two balls, toss the first ball from your dominant hand up to eye-level. When it reaches eye-level, toss the second ball from your non-dominant hand up to eye-level (not straight across to your other hand). Practice this starting with each hand until you can do it easily about 100 times. Then move onto….
• Step Three: Start with two balls in your dominant hand, and one ball in your non-dominant hand. Toss one of the two balls up to eye-level. When it reaches eye-level, toss the ball from your non-dominant hand up to eye-level and catch the first ball with your non-dominant hand. When the second ball reaches eye-level you’ll throw the third ball up to eye-level.
